[Closed] Can't upgrade subscription
I am on a month-to-month, and I am trying to upgrade from basic to standard pass. It won't let me do it from any of my devices (computer/roku tv/android). I tried to do it from my phone where it said that I originally subscribed, but it won't take me to the upgrade page. It just shows the viki key symbol. Ahhhhhhhh! I just want to watch the locked shows XD Help!! I sent a ticket, but wondering if anyone where has the same problem or any insight.

@cs2nana_699 - I've checked and it seems that you've managed to upgrade since writing in to us yesterday. I hope your issue is resolved too.
