Double subtitle
Hi. I am watching Legend of the White Snake on my pc. I only need English subtitles. Why is there another subtitle (maybe chinese). It makes it hard to read. How do I fix this? Thanks.

The Chinese subtitles are probably part of the video, many Chinese dramas do have them. For those it's not possible to remove them.
If the Chinese subtitles are from Viki you might use the option Learn Mode, check your video subtitles settings. This problem is easy to fix by yourself. You can also change the appearance of the subtitles, maybe this helps will help you in "ignoring" the Chinese subs.
