    Hi there,

    We're so sorry to read this! 

    We have spoken to our engineers and we will need for you to take the following steps on the Viki app to help us identify the issue:

    1. Tap on ME, and tap on the settings icon on the top-right
    2. Tap Help Center
    3. Tap on the '+' sign to create a new ticket
    4. Under 'Subject' and 'Description' type in `Samsung S10 Issue'
    5. Tap 'Submit'
