Viki pass standard activation is blocked for us Italian subbers

Hi!
I'm in a few subs teams from English to Italian, but a lot us girls we're facing problems with the viki pass. A lot of us passed the 3000 subs goals, we have the QC distinctive on our profiles but all of ours episode that we need to translate are still locked. It's a huge problem for us, because we can't help the team that we joined and that creates a HUGE mess with squads. Personally I had the viki basic with a monthly payment through PayPal, but more than three days have passed and nothing changed.
How we can do?
