[Solved] English subtitles stopped appearing

I was going to watch viki today, and there are no longer English subtitles. I was watching clean with passion for now, episode 3. It was working great last night but not today. I tried another show but the same thing

I'm having the same problem. They are not working on my laptop or my phone app.
