Subtitles are missing on my Roku, but not on other devices. It's also not missing for everything. It is showing on some dramas I've checked, just not for the one I'm watching.
Mine are not working either. Using computer chrome - and not on android either. I tried troubleshooting logged out/back in was able to get it working for 1 episode, then back to square 1 - I only have 3 ep to watch in this series.
Update...managed to watch 1 more...not sure how, but again next episode not working so frustrating.
Same here! As of about an hour ago, subtitles are not working on any series on my Android app or on my computer. Tried all the troubleshooting in the Help section and online forums, but all that seemed to do was bring about an onslaught of ads whenever I try to watch anything now, even though I have a subscription and my account is showing the subscription as being active. So aggravating!
Subtitles aren't working for any of my shows. It's been spotty off and on all day. Sometimes when I completely close and then reopen the app and episode on my phone it would start working. But now, no shows on any device in any language have subtitles.

For me, its not working for any series.

No subtitles on iOS app with subtitles setting turned on. On browser, the setting is grayed out and can’t be turned on.
