followed shows incorrect on Roku

Suddenly on my Roku only 11 shows are appearing in my following. I checked my Viki app on my phone and same thing. I am actually following 215 shows. I went to my computer to http://Viki.com  and thank goodness all shows were shown in following - 215. I logged out of Viki on my phone app and that corrected the problem but I have logged out on my roku and even deleted and then added the Viki channel multiple times but it is still just showing that I am following 11 shows. The watch history is correct. I have a Roku Ultra. Please advise.
