[Closed] Mobile app not working

It won't let me login at all. Has done uninstall three times already. Whenever I log in, keep saying no Internet or email not valid

    It is not letting me log in at all.
    Keep saying either email address not valid or not connected to Internet.
    So unable to even see what videos are available

    Viki version 5.1
    My pH is huawei nova 3i

    We'd like to ask if you face this when using:

    1. A different WiFi network
    2. 3G/4G Network

    If so, have you installed any software that blocks access to certain sites? This usually happens on antivirus or ad-blocking software that could possibly be installed by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or Telco.

    Sometimes antivirus software might wrongly determine some websites as dangerous and hence prevent access to the website.

    I'd suggest that you take the following steps:

    1. Disable any antivirus/ad-blocking or firewall software.

    2. Reach out to your ISP/Telco to check if they have installed some form of safety software for you or might have added a firewall on their end.
