[On-Hold] Android app only showing half the screen when in full screen

    Our engineers are aware of this and will be rolling out a fix in the next week or so.

    If your phone has OS 4.1 and above, please submit a request https://support.viki.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

    If not you might need to change it.

    Sorry to hear you're experiencing such issues.
    Please try deleting and reinstalling the app to see if it helps.
    If you continue to experience the same issue, please let us know the following information?
    1. Which Viki app are you on? What is your device model? (ex. Android mobile app on Samsung S8)
    2. The specific episodes for which this is occurring (ex. Time Ep. 2)
    3. Are you getting any error message?
    4. A short video or photo of the error message or issue you're experiencing

    I have tried uninstalling and re-installing. I have also shut down and restarted my device. I have also used my device/app on different wifi networks. Still having the same issue. The full screen still works on my phone, just not on my tablet. It worked before, then about 1-2 weeks ago it just stopped using the full screen. Other streaming apps I use on my tablet still work in full screen. Only VIKI is having issues. 

    1. Android app on Samsung Galaxy Tab S2. 

    2. It is happening for every episode and everything show. 

    3. No error message. The show still plays, it just won't play in full fullscreen. 

    4.Here are two pictures of what it looks like when I try to go into full screen.

    Thanks for your patience with us! We have released an updated version of the app that should resolve the problem. Please update your application and make sure it's the version 5.1.0 and above.

    i have the same problem using the Viki app on my redmi note 7.
