A lot of people have restricted area problems, it means that viki has not got the licence to show the drama in your country, I find this very annoying and angers me, this can happen at any time I have emailed viki and was sent to this website so they have not come to any suitable solution for this problem.
Write a suggestion for that title, at the moment that is the only way to make Viki aware, that someone of your country wants to see it. And to follow the channel, but that won't tell where the follower lives.
