Wok of Love Subtitle ep 21

Hi, I am an Italian user of viki rakuten, I wanted to report a problem with episode number 21 of "Wok of Love". The subtitles of the episode in question, are completely out of sync with the video itself, therefore make the episode unwatchable. A resolution is possible in the shortest possible time. Thank you!

    I have already seen perfectly the episode number 21, it was fixed, so I didn't have any more problems about it. But now the problems are present in the episode number 31, the latter do not appear on screen (in Italian), while they are out of sync in English. Now I have logged out as you suggested, but nothing changes, then reading the comments below the video (the episode in question) I noticed that many users have the same problem. I didn't check the other episodes, but this is the situation now.
