[Closed] Wok of love fail to load.

I was watching this yesterday but today it is failing to load. The other drama I hate you Juliet works but I want to finish wok of love :(. I tried uninstalling and installing but it did not work I think the bugfix that was updated today did something. Help

So sorry you're facing these issues! Please let us know the following information:

1. Which Viki app are you on? What is your device model? (ex. Android mobile app on Samsung S8)

2. The specific episodes for which this is occurring (ex. Time Ep. 2)

3. Are you getting any error message?

4. A short video or photo of the error message or issue you're experiencing

So far seems only wok of love is the show that failed to load. I use a android tablet I checked other shows they seem to work fine but not wok of love

I am using app I use the google login app and I still get fail to load this time on most korean tv series. I tried uninstalling and installing. How can I watch my shows

I submitted a ticket on the app so you can see picture. This has been happening since Thursday and I tried everything from rebooting to uninstalling and installing. What is weird a chinese drama works but most kdramas on my watch list isn't working. To many to name

Haven't received a reply yet but I am frustrated because i can watch clean with passion for now but my strange hero and the last empress has a fail go load on each episodes. I was looking forward to bing watching it. Wok of love still the same. I hope you will fix this soon. I tried rebooting tablet and uninstalling. But right now clean with passion works and almost done.
I really want to see the other dramas
