    Sorry to say this, but they accepted my payment for Viki Plus on Mar. 12th, I've made 2 requests to have it resolved or at least explain when my acct. may be setup, but it STILL isn't working! Thought you should know!

    Ok, I am so sorry!! I'm an idiot! I was signing in to my Google acct. but the acct. was setup for my MSN email acct. Once I signed in to my MSN acct. everything was working! No popup about turning off my Ad Blocker that lasted for 60 seconds since I hadn't turned it off. When I did disable the Ad Blocker, I would have to watch commercials, so I'd just sit and wait until the 60 seconds past.  Now to close the 2 tickets I opened w/them!
