[Closed] Cannot pause, fast forward, rewind, or go full screen

The app refuses to let me use said features. I close the app and restart it to no avail. The only way it works is if I reboot my device. And I don’t want to reboot my device every five minutes to watch programming. Please help.

    To make sure this is not a browser issue can you please try the following?

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Clear your browser cache and cookies How do I clear the cache and cookies on my web browser?
    3. Close your current window, then launch a new window
    4. Log in to your Viki account
    5. Try again from another browser

    Are you still experiencing these issues? If so, could you please share the following information?

    • Does this issue occur on all the shows you are watching? If not, please let us know the specific title + episode number.
