[Closed] Subtitles not working

Hi:

I am using Roku and the subtitles stop working. I was checking and episoddes that i saw with subtitles, now is not working. Please help, I am new using Viki.

I hope you can help.

Same here. No subtitles using Roku premiere. Subtitles available when I view on my desktop.
