[Closed] Issue: Subtitles out of sync

We apologise for the inconvenience caused by subtitles going out of sync for certain shows. We are aware of this and the team is currently working on a fix.
We'll be providing an update as soon as this is resolved.

Il y a également le même problème avec les sous-titres de "tentation glamour" et beaucoup d'autres séries coréennes.
Pouvez vous s'il vous plaît régler tout ces bugs ?
Votre application est géniale mais le problème de synchronisation avec les sous-titres en français gâche tout.
I am a little bit disappointed at the learning mode.
Most of the TV series I am watching don't have synchronized subtitles, or they are just for the first few episodes and then it starts to get unsynchronized.
It says Viki fixed "I am not a robot" but after like episode 3 or 4 then it's not synchronized anymore.
Also, I am mostly watching Viki on my tablet but the Viki Rakuten app's doesn't have the learning mode feature.
And last but not least, a lot of the TV shows don't have the learning mode on despite the fact the tv show has the korean subtitles available at 100%.
Why can't Viki just take these subtitles and make the learning mode available ?
Please fix Master's Sun. Problem not yet solved. Subtitles out of sync from ep. 8.

Can you fix My Love from the Star? The subtitles in Learn mode, specifically the original Korean ones, are out of sync.

Learn Mode subtitles are still out of sync for any show that I have watched. It should be noted that ONLY Learn Mode subtitles are out of sync. If I select Korean (or English) subtitles WITHOUT Learn Mode, they are correctly synced. If I select Learn Mode, then the original Korean is out of sync, but the English is correctly synced.
If this issue is fixed, I would likely buy Viki Pass.

In learn mode, Where Stars Land is out of sync.
In learn mode, My love from the Star continues to be out of sync. It has been out of sync for a long time.

GO Go Squid is having the same problem.
Go Go Squid Episode 12 subtitles are off by about 3 seconds
Two days one night has issues as well. So 424 but I’ve run into problems with earlier episodes also. The beginning is fine but then it starts all over and repeats. Thx!

I've noted that the Korean subtitles appear much earlier than they should in "Secret Love". The English subtitles are fine. Could you please check this?

My strange hero is now newly out of sync for learn mode. There are so so many shows in learn mode that are out of sync. There are so many complaints about this issue, with the complaint usually ignored. There are just more and more shows out of sync for learn mode over time. It is quite frustrating.
