[Closed] Issue: Subtitles out of sync

Hi everyone!
We apologise for the inconvenience caused by subtitles going out of sync for certain shows. We are aware of this and the team is currently working on a fix.
We'll be providing an update as soon as this is resolved.

Thank you very much for fixing the German subtitles for Who Are You :) can you please fix the German subtitles for Bel Ami , Cheer Up! , Dream High and Dream High 2 too ? :/
The suptitles from 'Healer' are fixed, but I have a problem to displayed the german subtitles. Is that a problem by my side? Can I do anything to display the German suptitles? Thank's in advance
Seeing some korean dramas that is on the list says fail to load I hope it resolves soon. I use my tablet to watch shows and am a paying customer. I am eagerly waiting to finish wok of love

I just wanted to wish you good luck fixing everything. I was an IT developer and I'm really intrigued about what happened in the backend for things to require manual editing, it must be a nightmare. Anyway, it's a huge job, all my best wishes to the team.

Giant is out of sync. Please fix it.
Episodes 1 to 7 of Secret Garden, in those episodes doesn't appear Spanish subtitles.
I am 4 episodes into My Strange Hero watching on my lap top. My subtitles seem to desync when I maximize my screen size.
Please fix "Bel ami" !! it's been several months since the subtitles are out of sync (big difference).
Please fix "I am not a robot". In learn mode, the Korean subtitles are delayed and out of sync. The English subtitles however show up correctly. This error is showing up in most of the "I am not a robot" episodes I am watching
Wok of Love is currently out of sync as well. On episode 17. Haven't checked the rest yet. Please help?

I still have fail to load on my Lenovo tablet since its the only source I have to watch things on. Will you put up a fix patch for it soon. 3 weeks since I cant finish wok of love. I want to see my strange hero and last empress as well
From the comments in the channel the subtitles at Mrs. Cop seem to be out of sync.

Starting today, the subtitles in ALL of the episodes in ALL of the series I have tried out are out of sync in Learn mode. The Korean subtitles are lagging in all of them. Please fix soon, thank you so much
