.Subtitles

I've noticed that the subtitling for both Korean and Chinese dramas has really, really slowed down.  There's new competition coming in the form of Kocowa TV, Korea ONDemand and Hotpot and with the lagging subtitling (no offense to the volunteers, I cannot imagine the volume you try to have subtitled on a weekly basis), wouldn't it be more competitive to have full time translators for next day subtitling?  I've been a big fan of Viki for about 3 years, but this past month has seen a very transparent slowdown.
