[Solved] "I Hear Your Voice" something went wrong error

Receiving "Oops! Something went wrong. Please try loading the video later." error message on all episodes of "I Hear Your Voice" on the Roku app. I have tried on two different Rokus and both receive the same error. Videos do work on the mobile app, so I think it is just the Roku. Clips and trailers work, but none of the episodes. Error has been occurring for several days now.

  • I have the exact same problem, exact same drama, also since this weekend.  I tried logging out, uninstalling the viki channel from my Roku, and reinstalling. Episodes of "I Hear Your Voice" still have the "Something went wrong..." error message.

    Thanks for helping us troubleshoot how to fix this!
