[Solved] "Not available in your region" but I'm in the US

I moved to Japan about a year and a half ago, but last year in August I came back. When I was in Japan I didn't have access to shows due to licensing, but now that I'm in the US -- I still don't have access to shows that I used to have access to. It still tells me that only 35 (or so) titles are available for Japan, and that any other shows I try to watch from before I went to Japan aren't available in my region.

Is there an easy way to fix this that doesn't involve a VPN or something?

    So sorry to read that you're facing these issues!

    Could you first please try the following:

    1. Log out from the Viki app
    2. Delete and Reinstall the Viki app
    3. Log back in to Viki

    If this does not help resolve the issue, could you please provide me with the following helpful information:

    1. The specific shows and episodes you're having problems with (ex. "Chicago Typewriter" Episode 2)
    2. Screenshot of the issue would be very helpful!
