Viki is working on the problem with subtitles being out of sync.

Viki is aware that there are several channels/videos not running in sync.

Please do not complain in the channels since this is a problem the volunteers neither created nor can take care of. This is a job for the techies at Viki.

Another please for my person, please do not complain to me either I just passed the message since I do not see any official statement of Viki and since it is the weekend I doubt there will be one.

We will see how long this problem will stay with us, hopefully not too long.

  • the problem persists! subtitles are not synchronized with audio and video, they should resolve as soon as possible as people have paid for a service that has not worked for several days now! 😔😔

  • The last empress subtitles are also out of sync I 've had to go elsewhere to watch it now which is really disappointing since I'm paying for the service. An update from viki would be nice. Although viki has usually been reliable for me in the past.

  • I have the same problem with subtitles, they aren't  synchronized with audio and video, I hope you will fix them because I really love this kdrama and I want to finish it.

  • unfortunately the problem persists for all the Dramas except for the new ones. But it is right that the old ones are restored especially We hope to solve them as soon as possible I do not understand why they take so long.
