Subs for 100 Year Legacy are completely not synced with video, same for My Only One & more

Seems lke every K-Drama I've watched lately the timing or syncing for the English subs is off

and keeps getting worse.  I've cleared all my cookies and cache and no change.  If I'm missing

something to do please post.
