[Solved] Error Loading

Hello,

please See the picture below. I will go to click on a video and this is the error it gives me. I will click to retry and it will does not work. Repeat, and it still does not work. Suddenly, it works. But sometimes, it never works no matter what I do. That’s true for app, and the Safari browser on iPad.

It’s not just this video But others is well. I am having a terrible time with “I Can Hear Your Voice”drama. If I hit pause sometimes I can never get started again.

    Hi, I have a same problem as well for “my little old boy” show. Having this trouble for couple days. The videos just won’t load even if I tried to reloading

    Hi.  At first it worked, but I’m just now getting the same error again. I didn’t do anything different except to get a glass of water. Then I can’t access it suddenly.  See photo here. 

     I’m not sure if I answered this correctly. The page is in Chinese for some reason!

    Theres something wrong with the last update, both on the android app and web player, im getting infinite loading and errors.

    So sorry, but AGAIN this has happened. I didn’t do anything different. Went to next video and it wouldn’t load. (19). Neither App nor browser. Even restarted iPad. Nothing would worked. Checked over several hours.
