My private collection disappeared...is there any way you can fix that? I saw someone else had the same problem...

Your Collection is not appearing as your email is not verified.
To see your Collection, you need to verify your email. I've just sent you an email verification email. Please check your Inbox and follow the prompts. Alternatively, you can also refer to our How to verify your email on Viki? FAQ for more details.

Hi, it seems that I have the same problem. My email as well was not verified, so I did, but it still doesn't appear yet. I can't find them either create new ones. How can I recover them?
