Viki stopped working and won't reinstall

Viki was working fine on 16/02/2019 but this evening 17/02/2019 it stopped working and I had to uninstall it. When I tried to reinstall the app I got a message it no longer works on this version of iPad. If this can't be sorted I'll have to cancel my subscription.

    Hey Jason,

    Is your iPad OS below 11.0?

    Please update to the latest OS as we only support OS 11.0 and above. You can refer here for a list of supported devices.
