[On-Hold] PLAYBACK SETTINGS not available

Unable to change video quality under account settings, says to get Viki pass and I already do have a Viki pass standard...

    The team has fixed the issue and video quality settings should be showing up on you Accounts Settings page now.

  • I can now see it and changed to SD but when vusing the Android app on WIFI, still says HD (auto), will test the web player next

  • Something is still not quite right, it keeps changing on me, I've had it set to low but it goes back to medium?
