[On-Hold] PLAYBACK SETTINGS not available
Unable to change video quality under account settings, says to get Viki pass and I already do have a Viki pass standard...

The team has fixed the issue and video quality settings should be showing up on you Accounts Settings page now.
If you're still experiencing problems seeing it, please let me know.

I can now see it and changed to SD but when vusing the Android app on WIFI, still says HD (auto), will test the web player next
Something is still not quite right, it keeps changing on me, I've had it set to low but it goes back to medium?
