[Solved] Your customer service is the worst.

im trying to watch my drama:Devilish Joy but when I get to Episode 14...SUBTITLES DONT APEAR FROM 32 minutes till end of episode. I have left several msg and nothing is being ACKNOWLEDGED OR FIXED. According to drama profil you have completed the subtitles at 100 %. But when I check my account settings its says 58%. Im super disappointed in you guys. I thought your company was more professional than this. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS COMPANY..  Like the post I read....I am being compelled to leave your service because you have NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN MANAGEMENT AND YOUR SUBSCRIBERS. Doing online community ISNT enough. I have waited 3 days trying to get this resolved and nothing.

    I'm sorry you feel that way about our customer service. I looked up your help requests and found that the only help request made with regards to subtitles for Devilish Joy was made on 2nd Feb, 9:37PM UTC. As our team is a small team, we can take some time to respond to requests, especially when they are made over the weekends and holiday season.

    Also, please note that we don't actually translate or subtitle content ourselves; instead, our passionate volunteer community (people like you!) subtitle content on Viki. You can learn more about our volunteer community here

    As Ep 9-16 of Devilish Joy were recently released, the subtitling process is still ongoing. We ask for your patience and kind understanding.

    You can check a video if it has been completely subtitled by referring to the subtitle completion percentage at the bottom of the video thumbnail. Follow the channel to get mobile notifications from the Viki mobile app when subtitles are completed. For more details on how to do this, please refer to this FAQ.
