[Solved] Legend of Hao Lan - NO SUBS

Im sorry I don’t know why my settings are in chinese so I’m just doing this in English and hoping for the best...

I am having problems viewing the English Subs in The Legend Of Hao Lan

A comment was made in discussion that there was no problem but in ep 3 the subs don’t appear after the 66% mark even though it has a 99% English subtitle rate.

Ep 4 as of now is @ 45% but after the episode title, nothing is appearing. I’ve followed instructions given to me by @jadecloud, but it’s not working still.

Are you guys aware? Am I the only one experiencing this? How do I fix it?

    I looked up The Legend of Hao Lan, and from what I can see, subtitles are appearing as per normal. If you're still having problems seeing subtitles, please try the following.

    If this issue is occurring on the Viki website, please send a issue report for the problem by taking these steps:

    1. At the bottom of the video player, next to the volume icon, go to Settings > Report Video Issues
    2. Check the relevant categories and write any additional details and click Submit. This will automatically send us useful information that will help us debug what might be causing the issue you're experiencing.

    After submitting the report, please let me know.

    Alternatively, if you're experiencing this on a Viki app, please try deleting and reinstalling the app to see if it helps.

    If you continue to experience the same issue, please let us know the following information?

    1. Which Viki app are you on? What is your device model? (ex. Android mobile app on Samsung S8)
    2. Are you getting any error message?
    3. A short video or photo of the error message or issue you're experiencing

    Also, for your Help Center language settings being in Chinese, you can revert it back to English and clicking on the language to revert it back to English.

    I realised that we're experiencing some issues with subtitles on the iOS app.

    If you're experiencing this on your iOS app as well, not to worry, the team is investigating the issue and will be working on releasing a fix asap.

    I'll update once the fix is released.
