  I'm sorry you're experiencing problems with the audio on Devilish Drama.

  For us to troubleshoot this issue, please send a issue report for the problem by taking these steps:

  1. At the bottom of the video player, next to the volume icon, go to Settings > Report Video Issues
  2. Check the relevant categories and write any additional details and click Submit. This will automatically send us useful information that will help us debug what might be causing the issue you're experiencing.

  I noticed it today too and thought it's my laptop, but other dramas sound loud enough.... but this is not the first drama at very low sound quality... not sure how is it controlled when uploaded. Story of Ming Lan is at bay at times too I have all volume level at 100%. I can do the report video issues too, but I won't do ticket request because it will get the traffic congested if multiple people have same issues, or not?

  Yes, please send in the Report Video Issues form for any video you find problems on.

  The ticket request instructions were in response to @rachela1942_947's question on how she can go about entering her question and email and get a response :)
