[Solved] Subtitles Aren’t Working
Not sure why but I tried to watch ep 1 of both You Drive Me Crazy and I Am Not A Robot and no subtitles were shown despite the fact that it says that they are on so I went to Just Between Lovers and subtitles worked fine.. I thought deleting the app and reinstalling it would work but the problem is still there. Not sure if it’s just those 2 titles or if my subtitles are only working for Just Between Lovers... please help!

I went to watch again today and the subtitles are now there so I’m not sure as to what was causing the problem.. thanks for the response though I’ll definitely contact again if the problem reoccurs

I'm glad to hear that subtitles are showing up for you now.
We investigated and as it turns out, there was an issue earlier that caused subtitles to not appear on the Viki iOS app, which was later resolved.
