[Solved] comments on videos

  I meant the live comments that show on screens while video is showing.

  Hi janesmith123,

  The Timed Comments buttons are all grey in color, but they are still clickable.

  Simply click on the Turn off Timed Comments button to turn it off.

  

  If you experience any problems with turning it off, please let me know.
