I've had the same issue. Autoplay use to work and not it doesn't. I dislike having to select every episode. This had been so for days now and there is no way to select autoplay. I've checked and double check.
We've just released the fix in our latest app version.
Please go to the App Store to update the app to the latest app version, 2.3.2.
If anyone continues to experience issues with this after updating the app, please let me know.

Autoplay should occur automatically on Fire TV without having to click on any icon.
I've alerted the team that the autoplay function is not working on Fire TV and they will be investigating what caused this.
I'll update once we find out more.
