[Solved] Unable to view Collections, only add to them

I am unable to go into my collections, I have already tried logging off, and logging back on. I have also tried clearing cookies/ the cache, closing and reopening the tab, opening in chrome/incognito and nothing seems to work. I also created a test collection, and am unable to view it. This problem has been ongoing since 1/13/2019. Need help solving this issue
