[Solved] Refund

I was told I would get my refund 5-10 days from December 19, 2018. It's a little over 10 days now, but I still haven't received it. I understand there was the holidays as well, but I was told after 10 DAYS. I contacted the Community Support a couple days ago but haven't heard back so hoping I'd get someone's attention on here. Thank you.
