[Solved] Videos Not Syncing Between Devices

As above, I videos I watch always re-start in the beginning when I switch between devices i.e. Apple TV and phone. It should not be that way especially when watching multiple shows/movies.

Is there a setting that I miss? Thanks. Also, is the current Subscription offer available for current members?

    It can take some time for the Watch History to update between devices.

    Usually, what you can do to sync between apps, is to close and restart the app.

    If you continue to experience syncing problems after closing and restarting the apps, please let me know so that we can contact you for further troubleshooting.

    Also, for existing subscribers, the Holiday sale promotion is only available for web subscribers who are subscribed on lower tier subscriptions. You can refer here for more details.
