[Solved] Still seeing ads

I have a premium plan and am still seeing ads.  This is my second time contacting you without any response.  I would like to know how to remove the ads.

    I'm sorry that you didn't receive my previous response. I'll be posting this here as well as emailing you again in hopes that you get the response this time.

    The reason why you were still seeing ads was because you were not logged in.

    To ensure you see benefits, please ensure you're logged in to your Viki Pass account.

    If you continue to see ads, be sure to take a full-monitor screenshot of what you're seeing so that I can further assist.
