How come I chose the viki standard plan with free trial but was not given a free trial and immediately charged?

Free trials are only eligible for first time Viki Pass subscribers.
As you had previously subscribed to Viki Pass, you will no longer enjoy a free trial when you re-subscribe to Viki Pass.
