i am sooooo upset..... i have been a viki.com customer for years......
now when i sign in, and start a video, i am shut down... and i mean that my computer shuts off all the way..... the screen goes black.................... i am sooooooooo upset.........
i feel that someone in viki, or one of the other members, attacked my computer and this
ONLY HAPPENS ON VIKI..... SO I HAVE CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION.......
I guess i will have to watch videos with all the adds....
i am tired of asking viki to look into the problems..... they are doing nothing....''
did i mention i was really pissed off......?????

I'm very sorry to hear your computer crashes when you come on Viki.
When computers crash, it's normally because there's malware or a virus on the computer.
