[Solved] I can't access to my Viki Plus account!!!

My subscription to Viki Plus ends in May 2019, buy I cannot access to my account since yesterday, it says that I have to adquire an account. Please your immediate help.

    Sorry you’re having trouble accessing your Viki account! I’ve just emailed you about this, and we can follow-up there.

    In the mean time, an easy fix when you experience problems accessing your account is to try resetting your password by taking these steps:

    1. Go to
    2. Enter your email address you used to register your account
    3. Follow the reset steps in the email you receive. Make sure to check your Spam folder if you don't see it in your Inbox.

  • Have the same problem. PC laptops works but, my new Samsung tablet does not (we have 5 tablets are home).  Tried suggestion as stated above  and it did not work? After paste, same error message  Will not recognize   either my id or password?  As a new member of only three days I am beginning to wonder?  It's only because of my wife's love for k-drama that I haven't canceled! 

    As a former member of Dramafever, I never had such problems before?  I am a PC user of over thirty years and have a great deal of experience working with desktops, laptops and now tablets.  Have your IT and software guys start working on making your software more user friendly on other formats  other than PC based .
