[Solved] Commerical Ads on my Amazon Fire Stick
I have been getting commerical Ads since Oct. 29, 2018, alone with each episode.
I also been submit a request the help so, far no response from Viki Support.
After each episode instead of going the next episode it freeze up then I have to go to next episode myself.
Please help me resolve this proble as soon as possible!!!!

Sorry you’re not seeing Viki Pass benefits! I’ve just emailed you about this, and we can follow-up there.
In the mean time, this is a common troubleshooting step you can try when you don’t see Viki Pass benefits after purchasing Viki Pass:
