[Closed] Amazon Fire TV and ads

With every show I click on to watch, it keeps giving me the same ad right at the beginning that buffers and then freezes every time. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app already but the same ad keeps freezing, not letting me watch my show.

    Sorry you're experiencing this problem with this ad. To help us locate the problematic ad and take it down, please let us know the following:

    1. What brand is this ad about?
    2. Is there a blue triangle on top? A frame around the ad? Also, is there a skip duration of the ad of 5 or 10s?
    3. A screenshot of the ad you're seeing!

    I'm sorry to hear you're also experiencing problems with ads on Fire TV.

    From the information you provided, you mentioned UPS and BTS Vote, and in the picture you provided, it shows Print Excellence Awards. May I verify if all three ads are problematic?

    Also, what problems are these ads causing?
