[Solved] free trial not free
why does viki try and charge the credit card the same day you are signing up? they say your card will be charged after the trial but thats not what they do.

There is no free trial for the $34.99/year Fall in Love Promo. As such, you were charged immediately once you signed up.
If you'd like to enjoy free trial, what I can suggest is for you to subscribe to the $4.99/month Viki Pass Standard monthly plan instead.
