[Solved] How to Unsubscribe from Post Alerts

Hey Guys, 

 

I posted a question, it was answered, and now I'm still getting email notifications from other people who post on the thread. I've opted out of email notifications so not totally sure how I can unsubscribe from these. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi meganleehan_57,

    The Viki Help Center email notifications are separate from the email notification in your Viki Account Settings.

    To opt out of Help Center post thread notifications, simply click the Unfollow button right beside the title.
