[Solved] Viki Pass payment information wanted even though I'm a QC

Dear Viki team,

As I logged into my account earlier, this popped up:                                  However, I am a QC and never had a Viki Pass before. Therefore, I have never needed to give any payment information. My Viki Pass settings also show that my subscription was renewed today, Oct 7th, until Nov 7th for USD 0.00 just like in the last few months!

What happened? I hope you can help solve this issue as soon as possible because I don't want lose my Viki Pass benefits, of course.

    Hi Maria,

    Sorry for the scare!

    It seems that the Update Credit Card Pop-Up was on a sugar high a few days ago, causing it to pop-up in the most unexpected places.

    We've since calmed it down and confiscated it's sugar stash.

    Also, not to worry, you will continue to enjoy your free QC Viki Pass benefits as long as you continue to maintain QC status.
