[Solved] Charged despite cancellation

Hi,

I cancelled my Viki subscription some months ago; however, my credit card was recently charged again for a new subscription. I contacted the support address a week ago but have not received a response. Please could you respond to my ticket (request ID #474176) and/or refund me ASAP.

  • Please can someone get back to me on this and/or respond to the support ticket? I do not want to have to go through the process of my bank filing a complaint.
