Help finding Korean Drama

Hi I was looking for a Korean Drama. I dont remember the name. It starts with what looks like sometime of magic shop. The owner, a female, is maybe putting a spell on a cellphone. Then it goes to the setting of a  college age girl of homely appearance getting ready for her day. She sees a crowd of popular kids and is about to walk away when a handsome boy calls for her to join them at a cafe.

The production value was really high and it looked cool. Does this plot sound familiar to anyone.

    Probably not a perfect match.

    But could it be Magic Cell Phone?
