[Closed] kocowa not playing on google or firefox

Since June I have been unable to watch any of the kocowa channels? I have had the Viki team trying to help me but its still not working. I have sent them my har files and other things they have ask for. Just wondering if i am the only one having this problem? Like I said it only happens with the shows on the kocowa channels? If anyone knows how to fix this that would be great! Thanks so much!
