[Solved] subtitles not showing on chromecast in fullscreen
Have been casting from the web to our TV, and when we put the video into fullscreen, the subtitles only show up on the computer but not on the TV. This is the case for every show we've tried, and didn't used to be an issue a few months ago.

Sorry to see that you're experiencing issues Chromecasting from Viki web!
Chromecast via web is currently not working. Our team is working on getting it back up again, and I'll update once we have it back.
As this will take some time, what I can suggest is for you to Chromecast from the Viki Android/iOS app instead. You can refer to these FAQs on how to Chromecast from the Viki mobile apps:
