[Closed] Learn mode is not working
I am having the same issue as someone who already posted in April with my learn mode not working. His post was answered but there is no instructions on how to fix the problem. When I turn on learn mode, nothing happens no subtitles or anything. I am unable to switch it off. I would really like to use this feature is there a way to fix it

I've informed the team and they're looking into this.

The learn mode is not even turning on. I clicked on it but it doesn't seem to turn on and stays grey. I tried the previous post but it didn't work. I am using windows and chrome. I tried incognito and even tried changing accounts but the learn mode doesn't work for any of the shows (even the popular ones)
