If Viki Pass Basic is not available in your country, what I can suggest is for you to subscribe to Viki Pass Standard.
Viki Pass Standard comes with all Basic benefits, as well as the additional benefit of premium access to Viki Pass Standard Exclusive shows. You can check out what Viki Pass Standard Exclusive shows there are in your country here.
